Refund Policy

Payment will be refunded only when the product reaches back to us.
Once the order is placed, it will not be cancelled in case of prepaid orders.

The product eligible for return should be returned based on the following criteria or should satisfy the following criteria:

  • The product should be unused and in good condition.
  • Product seal, packaging, label, tags, logos and boxes should be in original condition.
  • Once this eligibility criterion is met, you can repackage the product and send it back.
  • If the returned product is found not eligible for refund, the same product would be shipped back to you and further return will not be accepted for the same.

Products will not be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Damaged products/ misused products/ opened/ used
  • Products returned based on flavours/ disliking/ stomach upset/ brands/ refused by your physician/wrong product ordered/ multiple products ordered by you or your family members and any other personal reasons/problems.

Error in address

Errors in address cannot be changed once the order is shipped. NutraBrio Healthcare coordinates with courier service providers to resolve the issue; however, if you make an error in the shipping information on your order and if that order is rejected, lost or destroyed, NutraBrio Healthcare cannot issue or refund credit of any kind. In case the error prompts the order back to NutraBrio Healthcare, then the return shipping cost will be deducted from the cost of the product and a credit note will be issued to you.

Violation of laws

NutraBrio Healthcare strongly recommends you to get well acquainted with the sales rules, regulations and restrictions of your state. For any kind of order delays due to violation of rules, restriction, laws of state NutraBrio Healthcare cannot be held responsible for such things.

Customer Refusal

Any product or order refused by the customer out of any genuine and authentic reason, should reach NutraBrio Healthcare warehouse in a good resalable condition. We refund the cost of the product after deducting shipping and handling costs and a credit note will be issued to the customer.

Package Loss

It is very rare for a domestic order to get lost, but sometimes it may happen. When your order is lost, please report NutraBrio Healthcare with the details of location, courier selection, and history. NutraBrio Healthcare will take every possible step to help resolve this matter.

Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order anytime before an order is shipped by email on wecare@nutrabrio.com. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

Cancellation by Site

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
